Shipping
- Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States.
- Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Some items arrive sooner.
- Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- Multiple items: pieces may ship separately from different workshops, each with its own tracking.
- Import duties: for US orders, any import charges are covered by us, so you won't be asked to pay anything at delivery.
Returns
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Email us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Once we receive and check the item, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when an item is defective or we sent the wrong one.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the item back.
Wrong size?
Check our size guide before ordering. If a size doesn't fit, return it under the policy above and place a new order for the right size.
