Free tracked shipping on every order to the United States.

Processing time: 1-3 business days. Delivery time: 7-15 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

For US orders, any import charges are covered by us; nothing is due at delivery.

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if it is lost.
