The design
Red peonies are a symbol of prosperity, and red itself is a color of celebration and protection in Japan. Combined with a dragon, a sign of power and good fortune, the embroidered side becomes a festive statement, while the reverse keeps things simple: the two-in-one idea behind the first souvenir jackets. Our jackets use Asian sizing, which runs 1–2 sizes smaller than US sizing. If you wear a US M, choose L or XL; go one size further for an oversized fit.
